Dynamic' s Kung Fu is an Eclectic and Innovative System that skillfully exploits the physical, biomechanical principles of the human body and the concepts expressed by some other martial arts.

The peculiarity of this system is indeed its dynamism, its adaptability and, in particular, the absorption of technical and philosophical principles from other systems, without any distinction in style or origin.

The basic rules of this school are research, study, processing and development; to keep our art alive, for us, does not mean to crystallize too much, rather to set ourselves free from the dogma of style, but without losing the ideal of "WAY" such as respect, discipline, loyalty and, most of all, "Hard Work" (Kung Fu).

The backbone of Dynamic' s Kung Fu is "Kung Fu Wing Chun" from which the basic techniques and concepts are taken, such as "Trapping Range", which consists in looking for the blind angle with a lot of different cyclic exercise for developing sensitivity and reactivity, the attacks in a straight line, etc. We apply these to the "Principles of Jeet Kune Do", in order to increase movements' fluidity and to develop more versatile and powerful strokes, and a more flexible and self-confident body. We have added a variety of kicks elaborated from many other different styles, such as Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Savate and Muai Thai. We use elbows and knees by mixing the great devastating power of Muai Thay with the fluid and fast shots of Wing Chun. Other principles are, for example, the dynamic sphere used in AiKiDo, and in other Kung Fu styles, the "Chin-Na" holds corresponding to Levers and Projections, and the Grappling and Submission, i.e. Ground Fighting. The final purpose is to check your opponent in every moment during the fight. Without schemes or pre-set positions, our body and mind is put in the condition to work at their best, by exploiting the qualities biven to us by nature. We express ourselves. Besides, at an advanced level, Dynamic's Kung Fu also offers a technical stock of knowledge regarding the "Dian-Ya" and "Dim Mak" pressure points learnt from "Kyusho Jitsu", Weapons such as the "Dragon Stick", the Double Stick "A.K.E. Wings" and the assault Knife "Knife S.E.A.L.".
A complete, semi-open system, which constantly updates itself. Dynamic's Kung Fu was designed to look for the efficacy in the "Real Personal Defense" without losing the essence of Martial Art. DYNAMIC'S KUNG FU is an independent system, it follows internal rules, which have been written in its statute and which are re-organized during the members' meetings.
